Our founder, Atty Richard Bagano Pooten, together with his wife, retired NHS staff nurse, Conchita Balagtey Pooten, are pioneers in this industry that bring decades of hands-on experience, ensuring that every aspect of our service reflects a deep understanding of the balikbayan box service.
